Very long wait to talk to someone. While waiting the repeated message put me into a trans-state and forgot what I was phoneing about in fact who I was phoning.

Suggested improvements
Sending in an email with results from tests for the attention of a doctor, I received an automatic email saying there could be the possibility of it being deleted without any notice. The uncertainty this creates made me phone the surgery to make an appointment taking up the doctor's time unnecessarily, and the receptionist's time

I have been on hold for over an hour listening to Andrew Cornell’s dulcet tones please play more music anything rather than the same droning voice being played over and over again!!!!

Answered the phone promptly an hours wait on the phone is ridiculous

Last week I was told to call this week . This week I have had great difficulty phoning you as I get cut off after 30 mins . When I persevered and eventually got through I was told to phone back later . Your e consult page is only accessible at certain times and currently not open at all This is not made clear on the recorded message Finding your review page is difficult as its hidden

I rarely use the surgery but having to telephone at a specific time of day is often not possible. Even when I can call, after being on hold for a long period, every time I am told there are no appointments left.

Suggested improvements
Please remove the repetitive messages when on hold and just give simple information to allow the call to be processed.

Phoned in at 8.30 and was number 2 in queue. Waited 35 mins never got any further down the queue. Phoned in on another mobile started at number 24 in queue and got the phone answered in 25 mins whilst the original phone was still hanging on to be answered!!!!! By which time there were no appointments available.

Answered the phone in order that people phoned in.
